    The room was well-kept and had a separate lounge area. the hotel offers baggage storage and free wireless internet. the facilities are good, and the breakfast is above average, featuring 3 or 4 different juices. Plus, the breakfast area has a great view.

    The room is decent size and nice styled and with separate lounge, baggage storage, and Wi-Fi. The location is great and incredible, just a short stroll away from Waitan History Museum.

    The hotel is luxurious and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. the location is magnificent, just a short walk from People's Square. I enjoyed having a room with a great view, and the bed was comfortable.

    Enjoyed the larger room and facilities. Did not expect to be transfered to the astor Hotel on the first day due the the Broadway Overbooking the night before. Also did not feel comfortable with Hotel maids knocking at all hours asking for laundry services? If we needed anything then we would ask. As with the Bed Matresses that were too hard. Thank you

    Very good location, right next to the Bund, good facilities.

    I was given a room with 2 single-beds rather than the promised King size bed, and to make matters worse the mattress is hard as wood. My City View Room had a view to the "back" of the city, not the main skyline of the city. Staff have problems speaking English anywhere except in the reception. Price to use the internet is ridiculously high (80 yuan/hr!!).

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms overlooking the river were amazing, offering amazing views of the Shanghai skyline and the famous Bund. The location was unbeatable, just a minute's walk to the Bund and within walking distance of the people's square. The breakfast buffet was great and had a variety of delicious options. the staff was friendly, helpful, and many of them could speak English.
